The framers specifically created an amendment process that was difficult, but not impossible. They didn't want to make that change easily.

All dogs kind of sense it when something is wrong with someone, when someone needs them.

It's flexible. The key point is that it's a very adaptable framework for the issues we deal with today.

They didn't think they solved all the problems. And they created a mechanism for dealing with the issues that would arise.

They need to hear budget control, and illegal alien control and real education reform. They need to hear pension and health care and unfunded liability reform.
